Payment Options
Our accepted forms of payment are as follows:
Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, ApplePay, Credit & Debit Cards.
Ask about our third party lending options, for qualified applicants.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Personal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks
Contractual Obligations
To protect all parties involved, clients must sign a contract on their estimate before any work begins.
Failure to abide by the contract will result in penalties pursuant to the Pennsylvania Contractor / Subcontractor Payment Act. (73 P.C.S.A. § 501 et seq) including but not limited to a 1% per month interest fee (up to 24%) and/or liens on your property.
Deposits & Payment Schedules
Depending on the size of your job, you may be required to pay a deposit which is dependent on your total invoice bill. Larger jobs will also require a payment schedule that must be followed for work to continue as planned. Failure to abide by the terms set fourth in the contract will cause delays to deadlines and possible loss of any payment made
Change Orders
What is a 'Change Order'?
•A Change Order is a formal document that modifies the terms of the original scope of work on the contract.
In construction, nothing is guaranteed. That is why we call them 'estimates'.
For example, if you are quoted a price to remove your existing drywall, hang new drywall, spackle and paint, but during the removal process we find that your framing is rotted and needs to be replaced and you are missing insulation, we would then need to make a 'change order' to the initial contract which didn't include framing or insulation to now include it. The Change Order will now reflect the added costs of the material and labor for the added work.
If a change-order is required for the work to continue, the client must comply or forfeit however much they have paid into the project initially and the work stops.
